i would make only one important law that is there should we social equality between every single individual

first of all I will help those people who need,s help and after that I will make one stick role that those people's who used to do reap.. .......for those a strick punishment will be there in which there one part of the body wllbe cut like their fingers etc because there is no other ways to stop these all........at last I m telling something wrong than i n sry
