Answer:The forced pressure of heat forces the white albumin and yolk to react.... And it leaves iron sulphate around the yolk which is caused by the reaction of the iron sulphide with hydrogen sulphide in the white albumin.

if you boil a hens egg what changes do you observe? After boiling, the egg would become hard and easy to peel. Eggs are rich in protein, especially the egg whites. And this protein causes eggs to become hard when boiled.
