It depends upon what material we have coloured... If it's a paint on the WALL, we can remove it by rubbing with a sharp thing and apply the previous colour back again... But if we have changed the colour of any solution through chemical means, it may be difficult to get back that colour...

So... Sometimes it's possible and sometimes not....
