i would creat a character named Nicholai (his real name) and shooter (his comic character name) . he would be a detective just like max payne . but he shoots in another way which kill the victim very brutal . and the story will be that he is stuck in a city which has many criminals who smuggle things like drugs and all . and then he fights them and take all the smuggling things and will take it to the government .
