Yes, I do agree.
By educating a girl you not only educate a single human being, but the whole society. The girl is supposed to leave her home after the marriage, so the education she had gained spreads to her in-laws. Then she had her children, whom she teaches and gives them the knowledge (be it the moral, social, spiritual or worldly knowledge).
