Note: A bit long but meaningful story ahead.
One night while I am asleep. A divinely looking old man comes to my dream.
Man: Do you know who I am??
Me: (confused) No sir.
Man: I am the king of all animals. I am cursing you that you become a animal.
Me: (terrified) B…but why?
Man: Because you abuse animals.
Me: I am sorry, please don't do this to me.
Man: I can't do that. You must change into an animal but you could choose which animal you would change into.
Me showing over-smartness says “convert me into a cow” (because it's India and Indians don't abuse cows. Atleast this was what I thought).
In the morning I woke up to only realize that it wasn't only just a dream but I actually turned into a cow.
I now had a master too. He had many cows like me. We were all kept in a shed.
The master treated us good and took good care of us. He would feed us properly and daily milk us twice(morning and evening).
All was going fine. After a couple of years I gave birth to a child.
My calf wasn't allowed to drink my milk. Instead the SELFISH HUMANS took away my milk.
As my calf was a male. He was forcefully taken away from me. He was sold (I don't know where. Maybe slaughtered. Maybe to a different farm. Maybe be to raise him for breeding.) This should never happen to a mother. It is the worst situation for a mother.
But I was helpless. What would I have possibly done to save him. I was tied in chains.
Years went by. My many children were seperate forcefully from me.
I now became old. I stopped giving milk.
I was now abandoned by my master.
I roamed on roads. Between the traffic of human vehicles.
Was forced to eat from the human dumpsters. My belly was full of plastic material, glass , metal pieces and what not.
I was on the verge of dying. Helpless.But humanity wasn't dead after all.
I was saved by a few good humans(Irrespective of the religion/caste). They found about 44kgs of waste in my belly. It was all taken out. But it took 5 operations take it whole out.
I was now transferred to a cow shelter(gau shala). There were thousands of cows and bulls like me. There they treated me well.
But all cows fate isn't as good as mine.
There are millions of abandoned cows on streets.
Many cows are slaughtered daily.
Many die of the plastic waste, glass and metals in their stomachs.
Millions are trafficked.
Many die in rail,road accidents daily.
I request you all please help(by any means possible) not only cows but any animal who is abused.
