If I had been in place of Anne Frank I wouldn't have been able to write such a witty essay and argue on such a humorous topic. This tells us how clever and quick witted Anne was. Her presence of mind was amazing. Usually most of us would've gotten upset and would've bad-mouthed the teacher, but Anne was different and clever enough to respond in such situation.
