Maybe America, it known for fast development and variety of foods and interesting culture.  It can also be Europe, becuz of huge heritage of different sightseeing place.

maybe our india because go to any state or country like tami nadu they wont reply in any other language but theyll only answer in tamil but in india u can speak any language theyll answer in in the same language if they dont know theyll certainly try to hep u
