1) moment of force = force × least distance

2) cw moment = acw moment

i,e d1 × F1 = d2 × F2

given :

d1 = 45 - 25 = 20 cm ; F1 = W Dyne

d2 = 25 - 10 = 15 cm ; F2 = 40 × 980 Dyne

now...

20 × W = 15 × 40 × 980

W = 15 × 40 × 980 / 20

W = 29400 Dyne = 0294 N

M = 29400/980 = 30 g
