if you lift the glass tumbler(which is placed over a burning candle) to 1 cm height what happens?why?

Your hand will get hot because it was kept place over a burning candle

The candle starts to burn more because in the glass tumbler the candle uses all the oxygen that's present in the tumbler to burn n when u lift the glass tumbler candle starts to burn more bcoz it gets much oxygen from the surroundings. Hope this helps.
