the amount of water, latitudinal and longitudinal position, landform, rate of humidity and rain, type of soil are some such factors which affect the climate of places for example
Rajasthan is having sandy soil, less rainfall or water, hot winds and thus is very hot whereas
Kashmir is having dark soil, more rainfall, low temperature and that is why it is suggested to go to Kashmir in hot summers.
