if you observe bottom of your cooking vessel kept on gas stove getting blackened. what does it mean?

It means that the gas used for cooking is being blocked by the vessel. The air of the gas get covered by the vessel which in turn lead in blackening the vessel.

It means that the air holes are blocked and fuel is getting wasted
