By mathematical rules we can not solve it as

 \frac{0}{0}  \: is \: an \: intermininant \: form

But by violating mathematical rules we can arrive to the solution:-

Solving for LHS,

 \frac{0}{0}  =  \frac{100 - 100}{100 - 100}

It is still the same!

 =  \frac{100 - 100}{100 - 100}  \\    =  \frac{ {10}^{2}  -  {10}^{2} }{ {10}^{2}  -  {10}^{2} }  \\  =  \frac{(10 - 10)(10 + 10)}{(10 - 10)(10 + 10)} \\</p><p>{a}^{2} -  {b}^{2}   = (a + b)(a - b) \\ on \: solving \: it \: will \: be \: equal \: to \: 1
