Since in actual number 3 is at thousand's place and 5 is at tenth place.
If we interchange the places of 3 and 5 ;number will become 5236; obviously here thousand digit is 5 and tenth digit is 3.
and 5236 > 3256
Hence ,Number increases and option 2 is correct.
Difference between two:5236-3256= 1980
