3. Both (a) and (b)

Explanation:

  • Anger an emotional problem ranges from slight frustration to extreme fury & rage . This is accompanied, like most emotions, by biological and physiological changes; the heart rate , blood pressure, adrenaline and  rise, as do the levels of the stress hormone when we get  angry. Those who are easily angry usually have a low tolerance for inconvenience,  annoyance, or frustration. They can not go on and are especially angry if the situation appears in some way unjust, for instance, if the minor mistake is corrected.
  • Many children are born irritably, touchy, and instantly frustrated, and these symptoms come from very young age. Perhaps one may be socio-cultural. Anger is often seen as negative; we are taught that depression, anxiety or other emotions are all right, however not rage. In effect, we do not know how to manage or channel it. External & internal events can cause anger. You may be upset at a single individual or case, or you may be upset at your personal issues or angry at your issues. Traumatic event memories can trigger anger,as well.
