As a curator of Madame Tussaud's wax museum, I would add the statue of Prime Minister Narendra Damordas Modi. I would do this for his firm belief in democracy and trust in democratic institutions, his genuine concern for the poor and downtrodden and his participative style of leadership.
Mr Modi has risen from a very humble background and is today the PM of a country of 1.25 billion. He has not brought his family members to the limelight, because of his integrity and realisation that people should rise through their grit and hard work. In spite of many difficulties, he is courageous and takes bold decisions in running a Government in the world's biggest democracy.
