Answer:

After one year and a half of been out college, all that I learned in two years of academic English vanished. Now that I’m taking English 400, I feel like my brain is blank, empty, confuse and even lazy. After one year and a half, I feel like my brain has not had enough exercise. I remember the last semester, when I took grammar and writing level IV, I was really happy. My brain was active, full of new words, different rules, and ways to write and read, and so on. I clearly remember that it was a hard semester. To sum up; I was busy with all exercise for my brain but, I was really happy.

On the other hand, I remember exercising up to four times for week for one year. Every day I was busy doing different task, but I had plenty of energy, happy, active, and distress. However going back to my routine of exercise was hard. I was unable to take a full Zumba fitness class; I got tired easily, my legs and feet hurt and all the steps I memorized changed. In conclusion lack of exercise affected my quality of life

A fitness instructor provides advice and teaches people at different levels and abilities. They are responsible for planning classes that usually last an hour. To keep their class motivated and everybody moving, they choose certain kinds of music and even incorporate some dance moves into their classes. Class sizes can either be small, with a few people, or large, with as many as 100. When someone new comes into their classes, an initial assessment is performed to decide their level of fitness. Questions are asked regarding their medical history, how long since the last time they’ve exercised and what kind they would do. Age and weight are taken into account before recommending what class level they should be put in. They may also provide resources regarding nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.
