Serve the people of that state in all honesty. I want to be called a crazy CM by:

Being non-corrupt

Being available to every person’s request, personally at my office. No PA’s. They are the biggest corrupt people in India. Morally as well, most of them are outrageous.

Being available on my desk phone at all 24 hrs. After office hours, anybody can leave a voicemail. No need to call any assistant and take appointments.

Being not available for meetings with any leaders or chief of any departments over people. People comes first. Period.

Put a litter ban at all the public places. People who are caught guilty, will be charged heavy amounts.

Remove all private school donations. Period. Whatever the repercussions are!

Advocate to put all the alleged rapists, criminals and every other suspect in the jail. No wait, straight conviction.

Remove all secured cars and privileges for all of my cabinet and all government officers. All of them. On the very first day. I am servant of the people. And if people are traveling to office in buses, trains and metros with no security; I am least interested in mine. People first. Period.

Invite all the media to ask me all the tough questions whenever they want. Freedom of speech applies to all as long as they are respectable in asking questions.

Remove all government subsidies to all those people who are above poverty line. All of them.

No reservations in my state. No caste, no minority, no other non-sense. All merit and only merit.

Levy huge taxes on people with more than 2 cars in their home. The area of the state is not growing like number of cars are, every day. It has to stop, this madness. No non-sensical copied idea from other countries like the even/odd rule.

Levy huge road taxes to those own cars. People should travel in public transport. Plan to expand the metros, buses and other public transportation means for everybody.

If you are living in this state and you own a property, you will have to contribute to a state government fund which is for the construction of homes for underprivileged. Nobody should sleep on footpaths or train platforms.

Drink and drive: put into jail for at least 2 weeks till the hangover is over. The more the liquor found in the body while driving the bigger the punishment. The roads are not anybody's private property.

Regular surprise checks by me and my team every week at least once in a day in all the government buildings like hospitals, schools etc. They have to be clean like it should be or the chief gets fired on the spot.

No international or domestic travel for any politician’s family member. Stops right now. Everybody has to pay like general public. We will save millions and billions in government funds.

No extra holidays or extended foreign or domestic trips for any politician. Work and get paid. No show in the office or in the parliament, no pay and benefits.

No subsidized meal for politicians or bureaucrats in the offices and parliament or anywhere else.

If anybody caught taking money including myself, straightaway gets fired from the job. I will sign it on a piece of paper on the very first hour of joining office.
