If I were the principal of my school then I would change the teachers and I would keep perfect and the teacher should be knew how to teach for the students so that students could be concentrate on studies and also other activities to participate each and every activity they would participate so that they can improve their studies.I would keep 8 hours (morning 9AM to evening 5PM).I will give 2 writing homeworks and 1 reading homework so that they could do work and they could take rest.I would keep Parents Teachers Meeting every 3 months once so that I would get report that how the students were studying , behaving with others , daily activities and etc. so that still more I could improve them.
