If your school does not have a playground. Write a conversation between two persons on what alternative arrangement could be made and how you could convince your school authorities to resolve the issues

This surely is an issue and must be resolved soon. this can cause innocent children meeting with accidents! a playground in a school is a must!!
parents should take the initiative and plan a meet with the principal discussing the problem. written appeals and applications can also work. 
Till the time the school can borrow the community playgrounds or can share timings for the playground with other schools.
But again these measures are temporary! The one permanent measure would be to arrange a playground in school thus solving this issue..
