If zeros are reciprocal, product of the zeros is 1.
i.e., -b/1 = 1.
b = -1

Let one zero be n and other be 1/n

Here a=1( co-efficient of x^2)

c=-b(constant term)

Product of zeros = constant term/ co efficient of x^2

Then n×1/n=-b/1

This implies 1=-b

Therefore b=1
