let the roots be 3p and 2p
we know that => product of roots = c/a = 6/1 = 3p × 2p
=> p = +1 or -1

we also know that => sum of roots = -b/a = k/1 = 3p + 2p
=> 5p = k
put the value of p
=> k = +5 or -5
