Hey dear!!!! answer is here......
a:b=1:2 a/b=1/2
b:c=3:4 b/c=3/4

LCM of both b.... 3 and 2= 6
a:b=a/b = 1*3/2*3=3/6
b:c=b/c = 3*2/4*2=6/8
so, a:b:c= 3:6:8

If A:B = 1:2 and B:C = 3:4

Sol.

A:B = 1:2
 = > \frac{A}{B} = \frac{1}{2} \\ \\ = > A = B( \frac{1}{2} )
And B:C = 3:4
C :B = 3:4
 = > C = B (\frac{3}{4} )

A:B :C = B(1/2):B:B (3/4)

 = > ( \frac{1}{2} ): 1:( \frac{3}{4}) \\ \\ = > ( \frac{1 \times 2}{2 \times 2} ): (\frac{4}{4} ):( \frac{3 \times 1}{4 \times 1} ) \\ \\ = > \frac{2}{4} : \frac{4}{4} : \frac{3}{4} \\ \\ = > 2:4:3
A:B :C = 2:4:3

here is Ur answer ....

HOPE it's helps you
