by applying sec square theta = 1 + tan square theta formula, you will get
sec theta = -5/3 ( because theta is in third quadrant)
so, cos theta = -3/5
also, by applying cosec square theta = 1 + cot square theta formula, you will get
cosec theta = -5/4
so, at last put this value in equation and you will get -8.
Hope, i will do right .
