=\sqrt{\frac{\sqrt{7 \sqrt{7} x^{2}+2 \sqrt{14} x+\sqrt{2} \sqrt{2}}}{\frac{16 x^{2}-8 x+1}{16}}}  

=\frac{\sqrt{16(\sqrt{7} x+\sqrt{2})^{2}}}{\sqrt{16 x^{2}-4 x-4 x+1}}  

=\sqrt[4]{\frac{(\sqrt{7} x+\sqrt{2})^{2}}{4 x(4 x-1)-1(4 x-1)}}  

=\sqrt[4]{\frac{(\sqrt{7} x+\sqrt{2})^{2}}{(4 x-1)(4 x-1)}}
