Answer:

let there be x boys and y girls.

A.P.C 1

x:y = 4:3

3x-4y=0-------(1)

A.P.C. 2

x+20:y -12= 2:1

x+20=2y-24

x- 2y= -44

( Multiplying EQ. by 2)

2x - 4y = -88 ---------(2)

3x - 4y = 0 ---------(1)

-. +. -

____________

- x. = -88

x= 88

substitute x=88 in eq. 1

3x-4y =0

3(88)- 4y=0

264 - 4y=0

- 4y=-264

y= 66

total no. of students = x + y

=88+66

=154.

mark brainliest as it's worth.
