1.People from different cultural or ethnic backgrounds can have very different views concerning lifestyle, religion and politics that can lead to tension and conflict when these concepts are introduced into a work environment.

2.That is because people may not favour your unique approach towards the world, your views as they seem quite different from them. So if something is diffrent or unike the rest, people may seem to avoid it. In cases like these, diversity and differences are not always celebrated.

3.stereotype is an over-generalized belief about a particular category of people. for example people create different image of girls and boys.

4.Most people intuitively know that pervasive negative stereotypes are tough to deal with. Now, researchers at Stanford University have found another, particularly disturbing effect of subtle stereotypes. A series of five studies showed that people are more likely to lie, cheat, steal, or endorse doing so when they feel that they are being devalued simply because they belong to particular groups.
