1.because 'he' the author wouldn't have felt tht great for a stranger complementing him , if he wouldn't have even heard one false compliment from some stranger

2.because when we find something attractive and good there remains no point for not appreciating the person whether the one stranger or dear ones

3.Cause opposite to a stranger is someone known or someone dear ,who would of course appreciate us for even putting a bit effort ..since a strange person is not known he wouldn't easily appreciate until,it is found extremely attractive or good
