let the sum of the parallel sides be x

perimeter of the trapezium= sum of all sides

therefore,x=>

68=12+12+x

x=68-24

x=44

area of a trapezium

= sum of parallel sides × height×1/2

parallel sides × height×1/2= 44×4×1/2

=88cm²

hope it helps uu
