Runtime error -1:0 is caused by many reasons you need to provide the full information and detailed log of the error. Meanwhile install latest Net Framework Edition i.e. 4.5.1,4.5.2 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86), also try to install it by Right Click on Game Setup and Run as an administrator.
