If I would meet an alien I would surely be scared. The alien can be dangerous and cute. If it is cute I won't fall for his cuteness and put myself in danger but if he comes in an avataar of a human being then I would have never thought about the danger. I would have told him everything about our planet whatever I know and maybe he will go back on his planet and then come back with his army to destroy the earth, I would surely be more scared from the alien than the people. It would be better to run away and lock myself in the house.
