Accordimg to me this is a very very tricky question.We need to think a bit.First of all I would wish you a very very happy birthday,then I would bring you home and cook a good choclete cake for you.We will make good delicious food at home and celebrate.You don't need money all the time.We can celebrate at home with all the sources we have.Like if we cannot afford cake then we can straight away cook some good food and play antakshri or play indoor games like Carrom board.Money cannot but happiness but we can be happy even without money.
