if miss packletide refused to give money miss mebbin then she would surly told truth to loona bimberton . after knowing this she would have exposed her truth to all . Also Mrs packletide can't show loona as well can't make her jealous . Also miss mebbin can't own that cottage .it could be said that there would be all opposite situation as it was now .
