My dear Brother, I have come to know that you are indulged in some bad habits like smoking. I felt very bad after hearing this. How can you be so addicted to smoking! You already know that smoking is so dangerous for health and causes serious diseases. Smoking causes lung cancer, emphysema, heart diseases and may even lead to death. Harmful compounds like nicotine, carbon monoxide, are present in cigarettes which are very poisonous.

We don't want to lose you, so I request you to please give up all this bad habits and start a new journey !
