Any of the other Anglosphere nations would work fine. Failing that, I’d probably choose Switzerland.

I would want a country with some semblance of a way of life similar to what I have now. Obviously, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Great Britain are the obvious choices. Beyond them, Switzerland is a federal republic with basic human rights similar to our conception of them, more people there understand English than not, and it’s not a nanny state like a lot of Europe.
