Hi,I am a squirrel, and my cousins live almost on every continent in the world.We prefer to be up in the trees so that we have a better chance of escaping predators and any nosy creature which we feel as a threat.Most of our diet consists of small nuts and fruits which come from the vegetation around us.We even get shelter from the summer by staying in the trees for shade.We  rarely come down and if so it is to jump to another tree for better resources or for water.
