Rule :- 1) If will not allow any one to throw Garbage on road and keep dustbin in each locality .
Rule :- 2) There must be two dustbin one for the dry waste and another one for wet waste .
Rule :- 3) There will be punishment for one who will cut the trees and the punishment will be that he / she have to plant 10 saplings or Give 200 rupees as a Fine .
Rule :- 4) I will banned the use of polythene .
