Sir ,
I, Rahul Bose, resident of your colony, flat no 303, would like to complain that the older boys do not let us play in the colony park in the evening.
They play cricket there and when we want to play, they forcefully make us leave the park.
We have no other place to play. Please kindly reprimand them and allow us to play too.
