Dear Diary
Today I went to the nearby park, where I have been almost a 100 times since my childhood. But something strange happened today. I was sitting with my friend Sachin on the swing and enjoying myself. Suddenly some people started running. We thought that they were playing or going somewhere in a hurry.
Soon everyone was running away from the park as if they were being chased by someone. I looked down to see what was the reason.
I was shocked to see a big snake moving towards the swing. I was so scared. I had seen the picture of a snake in the book and seen on TV. But it was the first time I saw a real snake.
I started trembling with fear and was about to cry. Luckily the keeper of the park came with some men and hit the snake with a stick.
Even now if I think of it I start sweating and am unable to get over the day's experience.
Hope I can forget the incident soon.
