I would have provided free food,toilets,clean drinking water,free clothes,homes for their families and yes the salary .if they are out of money then they will get rupees 1000 for a month to carry on also if I my company/factory would have been famous and I earned a lot of money then I would provide free education for the workers children.

I will give them extremely good facilities .For the permanent workers I will give them more salary but they have to work hard .For temporary workers I have to give them facilities that are available for the permanent workers but some less.
