“The father of Indian unrest” better known as Balgangadhar Tilak. He founded the Indian Marathi Journal by the name “Kesari”. In his journal, he defended the Indian revolutionaries and demanded immediate Swaraj or self-rule opposed to British rule in India.

This has awakened the young minds to demand Swaraj. In spite of being imprisoned Tilak continued to develop ideas about Indian national movement.
