I hope you are pink in your health . Lately , I received your letter stating your plan to visit Kolkata the next month .
I am very delighted at the thought of meeting my bosom friend after a very long gap. Your visit here will surely give you a break from the severe cold conditions in Udaipur. Apart from this, you will get to experience the rich culture of bengal.
The land of bengal is endowed with many magnificent monuments , temples and natural aesthetic. Dakhineshwar mandir , Shantinikaten, Victoria memorial and Howrah Bridge are Kolkata's pride. This is the motherland of eminent personality like rabindranath tagore , netaji , ram mohan roy to name a few. They have left back a rich legacy for us to feel proud on. The shopping markets are very cheap and provide excellent quality goods . The oldest and the most auspicious temple of india , kalighat is worthy of praise . It would be a pity if you try the bengali meals. Mouth watering rosgulla and spicy puchka are pride of bengal .
