The librarian angrily said eatables are not allowed in the library. But my friend calmly said he is a diabetes patient, and he needs to take something in 2 hours; otherwise, he starts feeling sick. The librarian does start understanding, but she said rules are rules, and he has to leave. This made my friend angry, and he starts arguing about the rules. After an argument of 5-10 minutes, the librarian agreed on letting us stay, but he had to eat outside and come inside after eating. Her point is valid too the books are precious, and for everyone, eatables can decrease the shelf life of books, so he agreed. In this way, the argument is resolved.
