No rescue team needed...
During flood we had everything available at home.. Solar panel for charging, light
aqua guard.... we put all the things upstairs...
To fix that all u need an engineer and for that u need an engineer... Fortunately my uncle is an engineer.... He fixed all those things and we didn't had any problem....
