How are you? We are fine and good. I'm writing this letter to you so as to advise you and give some suggestion regarding your way of living in your hostel room. As I've visited you last week, I've noticed that you keep your cupboard in a very messy way. Please try to keep it arranged as this will help you find things much easier. Also, I've seen that you keep your cupboard unlocked. Please lock your cupboard so as to keep your things safe and secure. Now I'm ending the letter. Hope you'll follow these suggestions and improve your habit.
