Ive served as Headgirl before and these were my answers in the interview. here's a brief outline.
-Being available to all the students and ready to help the teachers and staff.
-Organising events for the charities favoured by the school
-School paper and radio (if your school doesn't have them already)
- complaint box
-bulletin board organised by school houses (each house gets a topic)
this not only taps in the c competitive spirit but also boasts social skills and team
spirit
- after school hobby clubs and craftsmanship workshops
