The Great Indian Northern Plain is a plain which is very rich in silt an provides fertility to the soil for agriculture. It covers an area from half-bottom Himachal Pradesh to half-upper Madhya Pradesh vertically and Gujarat & Rajasthan to West Bengal horizontally. The largest production of food and non-food crops is produced in this Great Indian Northern Plain.
