However, if a student is chatting for long hours on phone, it will definitely leave a negative impact on him/ her.

It can have a very bad effect.Like eyesight problems, Losing grades in school.

One should use Mobile phones but in a limitations. Only for study purpose or a little entertainment. Not too much like Movies ,Social media apps.
