Privatization is considered one of the issues that gets much attention in the economic sector.

Privatization showed up in the latest of 1979s and Britain was one of the first countries which

used this policy (privatization) . The privatization policy ,which spread all around the world,

cares much of transferring the activities of the public sector to the private one and gets rid of the restrictions of the public sector . Such spread , efficiency , effectiveness and rationalism require

strategic decision making starting from the planning process of the privatization , and passing by

the procedures which include restriction and ending by providing a high quality service to the

customer with competitive prices. This concern and interest of privatization changed the

concepts of organizational knowledge and the professional behavior which considered to be the

most difficult challenge that the modern management face since it need administrative

distinguished skill .

Explanation:

The study aims to measure the impact of privatization on the performance of the human

resources in the Jordanian cement company in terms of employees‟ performance and the

increase in the salaries . To achieve the above mentioned objectives, the researcher used the

analytical descriptive approach , and the practical one by developing a questionnaire which was

distributed to the employees at Jordanian Cement Company. Different statistical methods were

used to test the hypothesis of the study. The study revealed that the privatization effect on the

employees performance , and the increase of salaries was neutral and there were statically

significant differences to the effect of privatization on the employees performance attributed to

the demographic variables . Finally the study recommended tools to improve the effects of the

privatization policy.
