Television is the choicest but the worst gift of science to man. In modern time it has become a craze for every home to buy a T.V. set. A T.V. set is also considered as an integral part of dowry. Like many other curses of science T.V. too has its weak points.
It wastes the precious the time of the children.Out of their whim for watching plays, serials, features and sports, the school-going children forgo their studies. It destroys their reading habits. It makes them T.V. addicts. (Bedim) their eyes. It teaches many wrong and vicious habits. It encourages wrong models.
It turns many youths to drug addicts, smugglers, gamblers, terrorists and adulterators. The T.V is misused by advertisers to sell and harmful goods in short T.V. viewing is very harmful for children.
